POSITION :
We are seeking an experienced Import Specialist with a strong sales background to join our Sales Team at our Toronto branch in Mississauga, Ontario. This role is responsible for managing key nomination accounts, expanding client relationships, and contributing to overall business growth
RESPONSIBILITY:
*Including but not limited to:
- Manage and grow key nomination accounts while ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Develop competitive pricing and quotations aligned with company profit goals.
- Drive new business development with both new and existing clients.
- Support daily import operations to ensure smooth cargo flow and service quality.
- Work toward increasing the ratio of nomination accounts to free accounts to strengthen freight volume control and negotiation leverage with shipping lines.
- Supervise and guide junior staff when necessary to achieve team objectives.
QUALIFICATION:
- Experience in freight forwarding industry
- 1 ~2+ years of experience in sales
- Strong customer service and sales skills with a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Ability to multitask and perform effectively in fast pace environment
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in related fields
- Must be fluent in both English and Korean (business or native level proficiency required)
- Proficient with MS Office
- Must be eligible to work in Canada
Salary: Negotiable based on experience.
