Weed Pool Cannabis Cooperative is looking to add a Territory Sales & Operations Associate to the team.
This is a hands-on, hybrid role designed for someone early in their career who wants exposure across operations, logistics, and sales. You’ll play a key role in supporting day-to-day warehouse and delivery functions while also contributing to customer relationships and territory growth.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environmentand is excited to take on a variety of responsibilities within a small, collaborative team.
What You’ll Be Doing
Warehouse & Operations
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders with a high level of accuracy
- Support inventory management, organization, and stock replenishment
- Assist with receiving inbound shipments
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant warehouse environment
Delivery & Logistics
- Complete regional deliveries in a timely, professional manner
- Ensure accuracy and care when handling outgoing orders
- Act as a strong representative of the business when interacting with customers
Sales & Account Support
- Build and maintain relationships with retail partners
- Support outbound outreach and day-to-day account management
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts within the territory
- Assist with product education and promotional initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience (recent grads encouraged to apply)
- Strong work ethic with a “do whatever it takes” attitude
- Positive, coachable, and eager to learn
- Comfortable working across multiple functions in a small team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license and comfortable with regular driving
Nice to Have
- Exposure to sales, customer service, or operations
- Experience in CPG, food & beverage, or similar industries
