Your Duties & Responsibilities!
- Organizing, planning, and communicating work and projects to supervisors in various settings (strata, commercial)
- Overseeing and ensuring quality work on properties and projects
- Quoting and forecasting labor needs (maintenance/design build)
- Training and developing the careers of Supervisors and Landscapers
- Ensure safe work practices are being followed as per WorksafeBC
- Participation in our in-house education program
- Regular communication with our clients through phone, email, and in person/Teams meetings
- Chosen candidate for this position would be required to work in the field for an extended period before commencement of their role as Manager
Your Qualifications!
- Practical experience and knowledge in maintaining/installing landscapes (preferred)
- Leadership experience (training, delegation, feedback, etc.)
- Valid Class 7 or 5 BC Driver’s License
- Industry accreditation (preferred)
- BC IPM Pesticide Applicators Certificate (preferred)
- Punctual, trustworthy, and reliable
- Enjoy working with a diverse team
- Optimistic and enthusiastic about change

- Must be solution oriented and a self-starter
- An excellent balance of a leader, manager and coach

Pay: $93,000.00-$115,000.00 per year
