Responsibilities
- Lead fun, high-energy spin classes with proper coaching and cuing
- Create playlists and class formats that motivate and challenge participants
- Provide modifications for varying fitness levels
- Ensure rider safety through proper bike setup and technique guidance
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive class environment
- Maintain studio cleanliness and equipment standards
- Represent our gym’s values and culture
Qualifications
- Certified Spin/Indoor Cycling Instructor (e.g., Schwinn, Spinning®, ACE, AFAA, ISSA)
- CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience teaching group fitness preferred
- Strong communication and motivational skills
- Passion for fitness and helping others reach their goals
Job Type: Freelance
Pay: $20.12-$43.53 per hour
