Duties
- Safely operate vehicles in compliance with all traffic laws and company policies while transporting clients to designated locations.
- Collaborate effectively with your team partner to coordinate pickups, drop-offs, and route planning for maximum efficiency.
- Communicate clearly with clients to confirm destinations, provide updates, and ensure a positive experience throughout the journey.
- Maintain cleanliness and basic vehicle upkeep to ensure a professional appearance and safe operation.
- Follow all safety protocols, including conducting pre-trip inspections and reporting any vehicle issues promptly.
- Provide exceptional customer service by being friendly, attentive, and responsive to passenger needs at all times.
