Responsibilities
- Perform landscaping and construction labour including:
- Site preparation
- Grading
- Interlocking & hardscaping
- Retaining wall installation
- Concrete forming & finishing
- Planting & softscaping
- Demolition
- Framing assistance
- Material handling
- General construction tasks
- Assist with excavation, base preparation, compaction, and material placement
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and small equipment
- Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe jobsites
- Follow direction from foremen and contribute to crew productivity
- Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of landscaping or construction experience
- Experience with concrete, interlocking, retaining walls, grading, or forming is strongly preferred
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work at a professional pace
- Pride in craftsmanship and attention to detail
- Physically capable of lifting, bending, and working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Team-oriented mindset
- Valid driver’s license is considered an asset
