A busy and growing collision repair facility is seeking an experienced Collision Estimator to join our team. We are looking for a motivated professional who can accurately assess vehicle damage, build detailed repair plans, and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the repair process.

Responsibilities
- Inspect damaged vehicles and prepare accurate repair estimates
- Create repair plans using industry-standard estimating software
- Communicate with customers regarding repair timelines and expectations
- Work directly with insurance companies and adjusters throughout the claims process
- Coordinate with technicians and production staff to ensure repair accuracy and efficiency
- Monitor supplements and ensure proper documentation is maintained
- Maintain high levels of customer service and professionalism
- Assist in achieving department sales and profitability objectives
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of collision estimating experience
- Strong knowledge of collision repair procedures and vehicle construction
- Experience with estimating platforms such as Mitchell, Audatex.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple repair files simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary: $70,000 – $80,000 annually, based on experience
