Pinnacle Wholesale Foods Inc., is a locally owned and operated Food Service Distributor who is seeking to hire a permanent, full-time motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in the fast-paced food service distribution industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Process invoices and ensure all documentation is completed correctly.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
- Liaise with customers regarding orders, product availability, deliveries, and account information. Ensure orders are completed by cut-off time each day.
- Assist Sales Representatives with order entry, order management, and customer follow-up.
- Invoicing of delivery driver routes, print back orders and file accordingly.
- Work closely with warehouse, purchasing, and logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate customer records and provide administrative support as required.
- Processing COD and credit card payments as required.
- Filing of customer invoices on a daily basis.
- Ensuring photocopier, fax and printers are operational, and report any mechanical issues right away to management.
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in food service distribution, wholesale distribution, or a related industry.
- Strong data entry and computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Positive attitude and a team-oriented approach.
