The Role
We're looking for a results-driven Distribution Centre Manager to lead our Warehouse and Logistics operations. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll provide hands-on leadership to our Warehouse Maintenance Supervisor and Logistics Supervisor — driving safety, efficiency, and a customer-first culture across the facility.
This is a senior operational role with real authority, real accountability, and a direct line to the top.
What You'll Be Doing
Leadership & People
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Warehouse and Logistics supervisor teams
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation across both departments
- Conduct performance evaluations and drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
Operations
- Oversee all DC functions: receiving, storage, order fulfillment, cross-dock, and outbound shipments
- Monitor and optimize workflows for efficiency, accuracy, and safety
- Implement and track KPIs; ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits
- Coordinate with drivers, dispatch, and transportation teams on timely deliveries
- Act as senior escalation point for customers, vendors, and operational issues
Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with all workplace safety standards and regulatory requirements
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Oversee safety training, certifications, and incident investigations
Customer & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Sales, Admin, and 3PL teams to meet customer commitments
- Maintain proactive communication with customers on shipment status and operational challenges
Facilities & Equipment
- Collaborate with the Warehouse Maintenance Supervisor on equipment upkeep (forklifts, pallet jacks, dock doors, etc.)
- Oversee preventive maintenance programs and vendor coordination
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in warehouse and/or logistics operations
- 2+ years in a supervisory or managerial role
- Strong working knowledge of cross-docking, inventory management, and logistics operations
- Proven ability to lead and develop multi-department teams
- Solid grasp of safety, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in warehouse/logistics management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in verbal and written English

Pay: $52,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
