We are currently looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our client in Mississauga. This is a temp to hire position.
Shift: Monday to Friday from 8:30AM to 4:30PM
Job Duties:
- Prepares waybill entries documentation by applying proper transaction barcodes and photocopying corresponding invoices
- Performs waybill entries and transfers files to AS400 system using NAFTA Query main screen
- Creates B3 manually using H-S classifications codes and printing out invoices to go to splitting
- Collates, files and distributes copies of B3 invoices
- Extracts statements, summary billing and no mailing list invoices for billing department
- Prepares files, prints waybill screens and release dates
- Transfers files from CCI Interface, updates status of files
- Prepares Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) invoice and creates worksheets for any cross documents
- Processes and transmits files as needed
- Performs data entry or manual processing of invoices as required
- Liaises with customers for missing H-S codes, invoices or to seek further clarifications
Requirements
- Must have previous Customer Service experience
- Must have Logistics & Brokerage experience
- Must have experience with Microsoft Office & AS400
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Must be able to work independently and in a team setting

Pay: $19.63 per hour
