Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide expert assistance in identifying automotive parts and accessories tailored to their needs
- Utilize POS (Point of Sale) systems to process sales accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit, and digital payments with professionalism
- Manage inventory levels by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and conducting regular stock checks
- Assist with order fulfillment by locating parts quickly, preparing orders for pickup or delivery, and ensuring timely completion
- Offer knowledgeable advice on automotive repair procedures, maintenance tips, and product features to enhance customer experience
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace adhering to safety standards and organizational protocols
- Parts shipping and receiving
Qualifications
- Previous dealership experience or retail sales background is highly preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and cashiering procedures
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
- Knowledge of automotive repair processes and maintenance practices enhances your ability to assist customers confidently
- Experience with CMMS software or inventory management tools is advantageous
- Excellent organizational skills for managing stock levels and order fulfillment efficiently
- Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills to build lasting relationships with clients
