A Big 5 Canadian Bank has acquired the Capital Markets business of Euroz Hartleys Group, and needs to expand their Project Management team with the M&A group in Toronto to help manage the acquisition and integration of the business. This role serves as the operational backbone for a high-profile M&A program within the bank, supporting the technical and governance integration of a capital markets firm acquisition.
- Program Control & Administration: Own the day-to-day PMO operations, including complex calendar scheduling, tracking milestones, and maintaining strict program timelines across multiple workstreams.

Governance Support: Facilitate critical program meetings; take precise, high-quality minutes, capture action items, and proactively follow up with owners to ensure accountability.

Information Architecture: Design, structure, and maintain the central SharePoint site (and/or Confluence/Teams repositories) to ensure accurate documentation, access controls, and a single source of truth.

Program Communications: Draft and coordinate internal communications, program updates, and status reporting for cross-functional stakeholders.
- Must have previous experience working on M&A programs at a major Canadian Bank in a dual BA/PCO or strong PMO Analyst capacity.

Advanced proficiency in SharePoint management, MS Office 365 suite, and project tracking tools (e.g., Jira/Confluence).

Exceptional organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to interface confidently with senior program leadership in a fast-paced M&A environment.
- Familiarity with capital markets environments, terminology, or trading infrastructure projects is highly preferred.
