Day to Day
As a Client Representative, you'll be the face of our client brands for Calgary customers. That means clear conversations about products and services, honest answers to questions, and steady support all the way through to a completed purchase.
- Represent client brands professionally at promotional events across Calgary
- Break down product and service details in a way that's clear and easy for customers to follow
- Dig into what a customer actually needs and recommend the right fit
- Guide customers from initial interest through to a completed purchase
- Log interactions and completed transactions with accuracy
- Team up with colleagues to hit shared outreach and service targets
- Show up for training sessions to build your product knowledge and customer engagement skills
Who Fits Well
- Comfortable talking to people and reading a conversation
- Sales or customer service background helps, but isn't a must
- Thrives in a fast-paced, face-to-face environment
- Dependable and genuinely curious to learn
