Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with their purchases in a professional manner
- Operate POS systems efficiently to process sales, returns, and exchanges
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments accurately and securely
- Provide product demos and upsell items to enhance customer satisfaction and sales
- Maintain organized merchandise displays and ensure product availability
- Offer excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area
- Follow store policies regarding cash handling, security procedures, and customer privacy
- Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth store operations
Skills
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus
- Experience with POS systems, cashiering, and basic math for transaction accuracy
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to perform product demos and upselling techniques effectively
- Good organizational skills to manage time efficiently during shifts
- Knowledge of merchandising principles to assist with product placement and displays
- Familiarity with retail sales, technology sales, or technical sales is advantageous
- Strong phone etiquette for engaging with customers over the phone or in person
- Multilingual capabilities to serve a diverse clientele effectively
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
Pay: $17.85-$26.69 per hour
