Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager to oversee daily operations at our hospitality property. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive hotel experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest services. This role requires a proactive approach to managing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining the overall efficiency of the hotel. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly valued to enhance communication with diverse guests and staff. The Hotel Manager will be responsible for fostering a welcoming environment, supervising team members, and ensuring all aspects of hotel operations align with company standards and hospitality best practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise all hotel departments including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance to ensure smooth daily operations
- Oversee guest services to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve any guest concerns promptly
- Manage human resources functions such as hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations of staff
- Develop and monitor budgets to optimize operational efficiency while maintaining quality standards
- Implement and uphold hotel policies, procedures, and safety protocols in compliance with industry regulations
- Maintain effective front desk operations including phone etiquette, reservations management, and guest check-in/out processes
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely procurement of necessary supplies and services
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to uphold cleanliness, safety standards, and overall appearance
- Promote a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, leadership development, and professional growth
- Utilize multilingual or bilingual skills to enhance communication with international guests and staff
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hotel management or a similar hospitality leadership role with supervising responsibilities
- Strong background in customer service, guest relations, and hospitality industry standards
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams effectively
- Experience in human resources functions such as hiring, training, and performance management
- Proficiency in budgeting, financial management, and operational planning
- Exceptional communication skills with strong phone etiquette; multilingual or bilingual abilities are preferred
- Knowledge of front desk operations and guest services best practices
- Previous hotel experience is highly desirable; familiarity with hospitality software systems is a plus
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
