Night Shift Security Guard to protect our industrial work site, equipment, and personnel during off-hours. Key Responsibilities:
- Patrol Duties: Stationed at an industrial work site
- Access Control: Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials of authorized personnel, and manage visitor logs.
- Incident Response: Investigate suspicious activity, respond to alarms, and act as the first point of contact for local emergency services if required.
- Monitoring: Keep a close eye on surveillance cameras, alarm systems, and facility lighting.
- Reporting: Maintain detailed, accurate shift logs and write comprehensive incident reports for management.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Valid BC Security Worker License (BST).
- Proven experience in industrial, commercial, or military security (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
- Ability to work independently and remain alert and focused during overnight hours.
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to the work site.
