Tarra Cleaning is a post-construction cleaning company based in the Lower Mainland. We specialize in preparing newly built homes for final handover by delivering exceptional cleaning services that builders can rely on.
We're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who take pride in their work and have a strong attention to detail. Experience is an asset, but it is not required.
This role is physically active and involves cleaning new construction homes, AirBnBs, and residential properties. Every day is different, and you'll be working as part of a supportive team that values quality over rushing through a job.
As our company grows, there will be opportunities for increased hours and advancement into leadership roles.
Responsibilities
- Perform post-construction cleaning of newly built homes
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and detail all areas of the home
- Clean windows, window tracks, baseboards, cabinets, fixtures, and appliances
- Follow company cleaning procedures and quality standards
- Work efficiently as part of a team
- Maintain a professional attitude on job sites
- Handle cleaning equipment and products safely
- Report any damages or concerns to the team leader
Qualifications
Required:
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Physically able to perform repetitive lifting, bending, kneeling, and standing
- Ability to work well independently and with a team
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation is considered an asset
Experience:
- Professional cleaning experience is an asset but not required.
- We are happy to train motivated individuals.
