Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled TIG Welder/Fabricator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating, welding, and assembling metal components with precision and adherence to safety standards. This role requires a strong understanding of blueprint reading, welding techniques, and mechanical processes to produce high-quality products for various industrial applications.
What We Are Looking For
This is not an entry-level position. We need a seasoned pro who can hit the ground running.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of professional TIG welding experience is required.
- Skill Set: Master-level ability to weld various metals (aluminum, stainless steel, etc.) with clean, precise, and aesthetically flawless beads.
- Blueprint Proficiency: Ability to read and accurately interpret complex blueprints, weld symbols, and technical drawings.
- Precision: Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality craftsmanship.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and punctuality for our standard day shift.
Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality TIG welding on various components and materials based on project specs.
- Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspect finished welds to ensure they meet strict quality and structural standards.
- Clamp, component fit-up, and fixture parts prior to welding as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.

Requirements
- 10+ years of TIG welding experience (Required)
- Must pass a practical, hands-on weld test during the interview process.
- Strong knowledge of metallurgy and welding safety procedures.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to [50] lbs.
Pay: From $25.00 per hour

- Concord, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
