Overview
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Store Manager to lead daily operations in a dynamic retail environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving sales and leading a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a high level of customer service by understanding and responding to the unique needs of each client
- Drive sales through strong product knowledge, engagement, and a customer-first approach
- Generate purchase orders using the Smart Vendor application, including receiving shipments, pricing, and merchandising products
- Lead the full annual inventory process and prepare reports for daily, monthly, and year-end accounting purposes
- Manage staffing functions including scheduling, hiring, onboarding, and training for both seasonal and permanent p/t employees
- Collaborate with the Head Merchandiser to execute seasonal displays and ensure proper product restocking to maintain visual standards
- Liaise with senior buyer and supplier sales representatives to ensure optimal product selection, inventory levels, and timely delivery within budget
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar leadership role
- Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Experience with inventory management and retail systems (Smart Vendor experience is an asset)
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team
