Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Food & Beverage Supervisor to assist with overseeing daily operations within our hospitality environment in our banquets department and in our outlets. The ideal candidate will possess strong ambition and desire to learn and is looking for an entry level position to begin their career in Food & Beverage management in food service, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role involves supervising staff, supervising food and beverage service, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Previous restaurant or hotel experience, along with proficiency in POS systems such as Micros POS, is highly desirable. The Food & Beverage Supervisor will play a key role in maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily food and beverage operations to ensure smooth service delivery

- Manage POS transactions accurately using Micros POS or similar systems
- Lead, train, and motivate team members to uphold service excellence and operational efficiency
- Assist in restaurant and banquet supervisory tasks including inventory control, ordering supplies, and scheduling staff shifts
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction
- Ensure cleanliness and safety standards are consistently maintained in all areas of the restaurant/banquets and hospitality setting
- Support barista services or other specialty food service areas as needed
Skills
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to manage diverse guest needs
- Proficiency in POS systems such as Micros POS; cash handling experience preferred
- Leadership qualities with experience in team management and restaurant supervision
- Effective communication skills for interviewing, training, and team coordination
- Knowledge of restaurant management operations including inventory control and scheduling
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in fast-paced environments such as hotels or restaurants
- Experience with food handling regulations and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety
- Hospitality background with hotel or barista experience is advantageous
