This posting is to fill an upcoming vacancy.
We are currently looking for a contract administrator for our Georgetown Ontario facility. This position is primarily accountable for coordinating internal Marketing initiatives, customer development programs and purchase orders for assigned accounts.
TYPICAL TASKS
- Manage customer accounts
- Review, enter and maintain purchase orders;
- Daily Invoice Customer Orders
- Ensure follow up with production and update delivery status;
- Participate in the negotiation of commercial terms and in the resolution of technical problems;
- Be the liaison between customers and internal departments;
- Participate in account receivables and payment issues;
- Plan and participate client visits.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar position or in a similar field;
- 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing industry;
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
- excellent knowledge of Office Suite -Excel "Power User"
- Communicate effectively at all levels;
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- work well under pressure, and ability to multi-task
- Strong attention to detail
- self-directed and works independently;
- Highly organized.
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or in a technical discipline
