Rossmount Inn is seeking an experienced hospitality-driven Server to join our team. This is an opportunity to be part of a culinary destination where food, wine, and genuine hospitality come together to create memorable guest experiences. We are looking for someone polished, energetic, and passionate about their craft. This individual will be able to adapt to seasonally inspired menus and confidently illustrate each dish as designed by the Executive Chef.

What You’ll Do:
- Deliver elevated, guest-focused service
- Adapt to changes in seasonal ingredients and menus
- Understand the vision of each dish as directed by the Executive Chef
- Confidently recommend wines and pairings that enhance the culinary experience
- Seamlessly support bar service as required
- Manage multiple orders efficiently during busy service
- Maintain an organized, clean, and service-ready workspace
- Contribute to a supportive, team-first culture
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in a quality-driven restaurant, bar, or hospitality environment
- Strong knowledge of local ingredients and wine fundamentals
- Calm under pressure and exceptional situational awareness
- Professional presentation and strong communication skills
- A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and peak seasonal service
