The Opportunity:
Maxxam Insurance is seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Insurance Agent to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time, in-office role that offers an excellent opportunity to grow your career in the insurance industry while providing exceptional service to our clients. As part of the Maxxam Insurance team, you will work with a variety of insurance markets and portals to meet client needs, handle inbound calls and emails, and manage policy completions using SIG and TAM Applied Systems. Responsibilities:
Full-time position, 40 hours per week
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
In-office role
Provide new business sales, renewals, and renewal remarkets for all residential lines types of business over the telephone and in person for clients
Work with numerous insurance markets and portals to fit client needs
Assist with inbound calls and email inquiries on existing book of business and client needs
Handle abeyances for accounts receivables and policy completion with SIG /TAM Applied Systems
Experience with SIG/TAM, Office, Word, and Excel is an asset
Qualifications:
Experienced General Insurance Agent
Must have residential insurance experience.
Level 1 license required; Level 2 license preferred
Strong customer service skills and ability to build authentic customer relationships
Flexibility on job duties as necessary
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Annualwage : $60,000 -$90,000 earning potential with additional commissions
