Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven and experienced General Manager, Ontario and Alberta Distribution Centre Operations to lead the operational and financial performance of four strategic distribution centres: TW Mississauga, TW Edmonton, NAPA Cambridge, and Altrom Scarborough. This role provides end-to-end leadership across warehouse operations, customer service, and accounts receivable, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Salary Range: $132,900 – $166,100 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide full leadership oversight of distribution centre operations, including warehouse operations, customer service, and accounts receivable.

Lead and develop Operations Managers, Warehouse Managers, and Supervisors while fostering clear communication, collaboration, accountability, and a high-performance culture across teams and partners.

Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and maintain operational readiness of warehouse equipment.

Develop and execute annual operational plans aligned with corporate strategy, while partnering with regional leadership and store operations to manage budgets and optimize resources to achieve service, productivity, and cost objectives.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service, productivity, inventory accuracy, cost control, and adherence to operational best practices.

Oversee end-to-end inventory and product flow, including receiving, storage, supplier coordination, and on-time delivery, ensuring high standards of accuracy and operational execution across all facilities.
Qualifications
To Join Our Team:

A bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or operations management is preferred. Other relevant training may be considered.

Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in distribution or supply chain operations.

Proven ability to optimize operations, manage labor and budgets, leverage warehouse systems, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining high service standard.

Strong leadership skills with experience managing warehouse operations, team performance, safety compliance, and inventory control.

Strong organizational skills with a demonstrated commitment to process discipline and operational excellence.
