You don’t need to be pushy or sales-driven, but you should be comfortable explaining solutions to customers and building trust.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Diagnosing electrical issues and performing repairs and upgrades
- Working directly with homeowners and representing A to Z Electrical with professionalism, honesty, and respect
- Explaining problems and solutions clearly so customers understand their options
- Taking ownership of your jobs from start to finish
- Using company systems to document work and job details properly
- Occasionally supporting or guiding apprentices
- Leaving job sites clean and customers confident in the work performed
Our electricians are trusted to manage their work professionally while following strong internal systems that help everyone stay organized and focused.
What We’re Looking For
- Certified Journeyman Electrician
- Minimum 1 year post-ticket experience
- Comfortable working independently without constant supervision
- Professional, calm, and respectful when working with customers
- Strong attention to quality and pride in doing the job right the first time
- Valid Saskatchewan Driver’s Licence with a clean driving record
- Comfortable using mobile apps and job documentation systems
- Able to pass a Criminal Record Check
- Must currently live within 25 km of Saskatoon

- Competitive hourly wage plus commission and performance bonuses
- Strong journeymen typically earn $104,000+ per year
