Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Automotive Detailer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for thoroughly cleaning and detailing vehicles, heavy equipment, boats, RV's and more. to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and presentation. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for maintaining the appearance of vehicles. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and customer satisfaction are paramount.
Responsibilities
- Perform full interior and exterior cleaning of vehicles (vacuuming, wiping, steaming, pressure washing, etc.)
- Use equipment such as vacuums, steamers, drills, and pressure washers safely and effectively
- Follow established detailing procedures and uphold company standards for quality consistently
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily schedules and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Ensure all detailing tasks are completed efficiently while maintaining quality standards MUST BE ABLE TO MEET DEADLINES
- Provide friendly and professional customer service during vehicle drop-off and pick-up
- Communicate clearly with coworkers and customers to ensure satisfaction and efficiency
- Maintain cleanliness of the detailing area and ensure all equipment is properly stored after use
- Be punctual, reliable, and professional at all times
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning or automotive detailing is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Excellent customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for clients
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude
- Ability to handle cleaning chemicals safely and responsibly
- Willingness to learn and adapt to Yes Buddy’s professional process
- Available to work weekends and flexible hours as needed
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, crouch, kneel, and work on your feet for extended periods
- Have a valid G2 or G license and clean driving abstract
- Must be willing to obtain a criminal record check

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
