We are seeking a talented and personable Lash & Brow Technician to join our beauty team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to enhance clients’ natural beauty through expert eyelash extension and brow services, while providing exceptional customer care. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for beauty, and experience in retail sales and client consultations independently. As a key member of our team, you will create a welcoming environment and promote our services through upselling and personalized recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Perform eyelash extension applications with precision and attention to detail
- Shape, stain, and wax eyebrows to complement clients’ features
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions
- Manage front desk duties including appointment scheduling, check-in/out, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace
- Educate clients on aftercare procedures and product recommendations
- Upsell additional services or retail products to enhance client satisfaction and business growth
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety protocols during all treatments
- Build lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and referrals
Qualifications
- Proven certification in eyelash extensions, brow shaping, or related beauty services
- Strong retail sales skills with the ability to upsell products confidently
- Excellent customer service and communication skills to create a positive client experience
- Ability to work independently handling appointments and inquiries efficiently
- Knowledge of current beauty trends and techniques in lash & brow enhancement
- Professional appearance with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to work well in a team environment while maintaining individual responsibility
