About Us
White Wolf Homes focuses on custom home building, high-end spec home building, renovations, and subdivision work in Greater Victoria. We are a young, vibrant company that works hard to establish a positive work culture, engage our team, and form strong relationships with our clients, trades, and suppliers while building stunning homes. We aim to bring integrity to the building industry.
What We Are Looking For We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with at least 5 years of experience in residential construction. The successful candidate must have experience in custom work as a Project Manager, strong organizational skills, and solid customer service experience. Experience with renovations is an asset. The ideal candidate values a company that operates with integrity and believes in providing quality customer service to our clients — someone who is never late, always early, and always thinking one step ahead of what the client and the company need.
We build fast. Most of our new custom homes are completed in 10-12 months, which means our Project Managers are running multiple active jobs at once with construction moving nonstop. This role suits someone who thrives on pace, stays organized under pressure, and doesn't let details slip when several projects are moving at the same time. This role is primarily office-based, with regular time on site to check in on progress, meet with clients, and see things firsthand. You will work alongside a Site Supervisor who manages the day-to-day eyes on site.
