Job title: Academic Consultant (Mandarin Speaking)
About the Role
We are looking for a driven and client-focused Academic Consultant to join our growing team.
In this role, you will work closely with students and families, guiding them through education pathways while building long-term relationships. This is a high-impact role that combines consulting, sales, and client relationship management.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients through various online and offline channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and families, understanding their needs and goals
- Provide personalized academic consulting and guide clients through the decision-making process
- Manage the full client lifecycle from initial outreach to closing and follow-up
- Generate revenue by converting leads into clients and supporting cross-selling opportunities
- Participate in marketing campaigns, events, and outreach activities to drive client acquisition
- Represent the company professionally to enhance brand reputation and trust
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Uforse’s products and services
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor’s degree or above
- Fluent in Mandarin and English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated, organized, and results-driven
- Passion for working with people and building relationships
Nice to have:
- Previous experience in sales, consulting, or customer-facing roles
- Experience in the education or international student market
