Mover Driver / Crew Lead
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport household and commercial goods safely
- Wrap, protect, and secure customer belongings
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the moving process
- Work efficiently as part of a professional moving crew
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Represent Hendra professionally at customer homes and businesses
- Follow company safety procedures and operational standards
Additional Responsibilities for Driver Crew Leads
- Operate company moving trucks safely and professionally
- Lead and supervise moving crews
- Coordinate move-day logistics
- Complete required documentation and paperwork
- Train and mentor team members
Qualifications
Mover / Helper
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Reliable transportation to work
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Customer-service mindset
Mover Driver / Crew Lead
- Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence
- Clean Driver's Abstract
- Experience driving larger vehicles preferred
- Previous moving industry experience preferred
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
