THE ROLE
This is not a traditional sales and marketing role.
We're looking for a scrappy, curious, and driven Marketing & Growth Associate to join our team. This is a true generalist role — you'll touch everything from demand generation and digital campaigns to sales outreach and content creation. You're the kind of person who is equally comfortable writing a LinkedIn post, setting up a HubSpot workflow, and staffing a trade show booth. You'll work directly with leadership and gain exposure to every aspect of growing a SaaS company.
Marketing & Brand
- Manage and grow Evoke Health's social media presence across key platforms
- Run social and display advertising campaigns, including creative briefs and performance reporting
- Execute SEO strategy and support ongoing website content and performance optimization
- Support PR efforts including press releases, media outreach, and coverage tracking
- Manage and update the company website (content updates, landing pages, CRO improvements)
- Write compelling copy across all channels — ads, emails, web pages, social, and more
Content & Demand Generation
- Plan, coordinate, and staff conferences, trade shows, and company-sponsored events
- Produce case studies, blog posts, and testimonials that showcase client outcomes
- Build and manage nurture campaigns including a quarterly newsletter
- Develop email campaign sequences for awareness, engagement, and re-engagement
Sales Development & Business Development
- Build and manage prospect lists through research, data mining, and list acquisition
- Execute LinkedIn outreach and cold outreach campaigns to target accounts
- Follow up with inbound and outbound leads to drive demo bookings
- Qualify prospects and move them through the funnel toward a discovery call or demo
- Oversee day-to-day HubSpot CRM management: data hygiene, pipeline tracking, and reporting
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, growth, or business development (agency, startup, or health tech a plus)
- Genuine comfort being a generalist — you don't wait to be told what to do, you spot what's needed and do it
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot or a comparable CRM/marketing automation platform
- Strong writing skills — you can shift tone from punchy ad copy to polished long-form content
- Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and website CMS tools (WordPress, Webflow, etc.)
- Comfort with social media management and scheduling tools
- Organized, self-directed, and accountable — you hit deadlines and flag issues early
- A genuine interest in healthcare, health technology, or purpose-driven industries

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
