OMAC Martial Arts is growing and is looking for dedicated Taekwondo Instructors and Masters interested in joining our community.
Our studios are looking for new and experienced staff who can guide students while encouraging personal discipline and self-respect. In addition to providing instruction regarding technique, you must display patience and positivity with students of all levels. All applicants must have an advanced belt in a traditional style.
Current Opportunity
In June of 2025 we opened a new location at the Whitby Mall and we’re looking for a 2nd Dan Black Belt (or higher) to join the team.
As a Instructor / Master you will be responsible for:
- Learning the OAMC curriculum by participation in the OMAC Academy.
- Participate in community events to drive awareness of the new location and trial classes.
- Collaborate with ownership on the final opening milestones of the school.
- Lead classes as part of the afterschool and evening class memberships.
- Execute ancillary revenue programs such as demonstration teams, competition teams, color belt testing and birthday parties.
- Maintain brand standards as outlined in OMAC manuals.
- Other duties as required.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
