We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Dishwasher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. Duties
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and kitchen by sweeping, mopping, and disposing of waste..
- Ensure that all kitchen equipment is properly cleaned and maintained.
- Help with inventory management by organizing clean dishes and utensils for easy access.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with food handling practices and kitchen operations is a plus.
