Role Description
This full-time, remote Insurance Producer role is responsible for connecting with new and existing clients to assess their insurance needs and provide customized insurance solutions. The role involves selling insurance products, building and maintaining client relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and providing expert advice on insurance options. The Insurance Producer will play a key part in growing the organization's portfolio while ensuring client satisfaction and compliance with industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience in Insurance Sales and knowledge of insurance industry best practices
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Understanding of Employee Benefits plans and their importance in insurance offerings
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Valid insurance license(RIBO, LLQP) in Ontario or willingness to obtain one
- Previous experience in a sales or revenue-driven role is an asset
- Proficiency with insurance software systems and technology is advantageous
