Job Description
Reporting to the Vice President, Marketing and Loyalty, the incumbent serves as the integrated leader for Brand, Content and Partnerships. This individual is responsible for ensuring the consistency of the brand expression, the quality and performance of the content and production ecosystem, and the development of high-value partnerships that support brand awareness, customer engagement, and business objectives.
Through strategic and operational leadership, the incumbent ensures alignment between brand vision, creative excellence, delivery efficiency, and value creation. This role acts as a cross-functional anchor point, fostering collaboration among existing areas of expertise, accelerating decision-making, and maximizing the value delivered by the marketing organization.
Brand Strategy and Governance

Define and evolve the brand and content strategy in alignment with business priorities and market needs.

Ensure consistency, integrity, and quality of the brand across all customer touchpoints.

Lead strategic thinking around brand positioning, key messaging, and the evolution of the brand’s creative identity.

Establish clear governance for brand initiatives to align teams, priorities, and deliverables.
Content and Production Leadership

Oversee the internal content and production ecosystem to ensure high-quality, agile, and efficient execution.

Optimize workflows across strategy, creative development, copywriting, production, and delivery.

Ensure the quality, relevance, and effectiveness of content deployed across various platforms and customer segments.

Manage relationships with external agencies and partners to ensure strong complementarity with internal capabilities and effective cost management.
Editorial Strategy, Social Media and Brand Visibility

Lead the overall editorial strategy to strengthen engagement, brand preference, and awareness.

Oversee the development and evolution of brand content through an integrated approach.

Ensure alignment between content, storytelling, customer experience, and marketing objectives.

Support brand visibility through content initiatives, organic social media, influencer collaborations, and other visibility opportunities when relevant.
Strategic Partnerships and Value Creation

Identify, structure, and develop brand partnerships with strong affinity, visibility, and value-creation potential.

Negotiate and oversee agreements that support awareness, acquisition, engagement, and revenue objectives.

Evaluate co-branding opportunities, strategic alliances, and activations aligned with the brand positioning.

Ensure disciplined and high-performing management of the partnership portfolio.
Team and Budget Management

Lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary team composed of leaders and subject matter experts in brand, content, production, and partnerships.

Foster a culture of excellence, cross-functional collaboration, innovation, and accountability.

Continuously optimize budgets under responsibility, seeking efficiencies and maximizing return on investment.

Define and monitor performance indicators related to delivery quality, operational efficiency, brand consistency, and value creation.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

10+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, content, partnerships, or leading multidisciplinary teams.

Proven experience leading integrated functions that combine strategic thinking with executional excellence.

Significant experience managing large teams, driving organizational transformation, and overseeing budgets.

Demonstrated success in developing strategic partnerships and creating business value.

Additional Information
A good knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec. The incumbent will be required to communicate and collaborate frequently in English, both orally and in writing, with colleagues, customers, and other stakeholders in Quebec, the rest of Canada, and internationally.
