Job Overview
The Warehouse Administrative Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the disposition of client samples, including returns, disposal, and storage, while ensuring accurate documentation and timely communication with clients and internal teams. This role plays a key part in supporting warehouse operations through effective administration, data management, and exceptional customer service.Responsibilities
- Coordinate the disposition of client samples, including returns, disposal, and storage.
- Prepare sample disposition documentation by exporting information from internal systems, and coordinate disposition activities with the warehouse team
- Contact clients regarding sample disposition and respond to inquiries via email and telephone.
- Track and maintain accurate records of sample disposition activities using internal systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Update internal databases with sample status, locations, and disposition records.
- Review client correspondence and sample submission information to ensure accurate processing.
· Provide administrative support and exceptional customer service to clients
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems and documentation.
- Assist the Warehouse Manager with administrative tasks, reporting, and documentation related to warehouse operations
- Prepare and maintain warehouse reports, records, and operational documentation
- Support inventory-related administrative activities, including data entry, record maintenance, and reconciliation, as required.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Excel and the ability to learn internal computer systems.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage competing deadlines
Education & Experience
- Highschool diploma or equivalent required
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field is considered an asset.
- One (1) year of experience in an administrative, customer service, logistics, or warehouse support role is considered an asset.
Hours: Full time, Day shift. Monday-Friday
