Service Advisor – Premium Pool and Spa - Vernon

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary Range: $20.00–$25.00 per hour base + commission-based sales bonuses ($40,000 to $250,000 potential)

Schedule:
- 7am -3:30 Pm Monday to Friday.
- Overtime available
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer Phones and Help Customers with parts and service request
- Provide Support to sales and service staff
- Invoicing, Warranty Shipping
- Retail customer support
- Serve as a point of contact for service inquiries by phone and in person.
- Troubleshoot basic hot tub issues over the phone and provide preliminary advice to customers.
- Schedule service appointments, coordinating between technicians and clients.
- Track and order parts and ensure inventory is accurate.
- Process service-related payments and support billing and invoicing tasks.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Maintain accurate service records and prepare internal reports for team coordination.
Administrative & Cross-Team Support:
- Perform data entry, filing, and assist with organization of service and sales documentation.
- Help with stock management, interdepartmental communications, and ad-hoc projects to improve operational efficiency.
- Contribute to a tidy, organized, and welcoming work environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Sales & Service Background: At least 2 years of experience in sales and/or customer service. Experience selling high-value products or coordinating technical services is a strong asset.
- Strong Communicator: You’re confident, clear, and build trust easily with clients and teammates alike.
- Mechanically Minded: Previous experience in hot tub, pool, mechanical, or home improvement industries is helpful, but we will train the right candidate.
- Organized & Detail-Oriented: You can juggle multiple priorities while keeping the small things from slipping through the cracks.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and learning new tools.
- Independent & Team-Driven: You thrive with autonomy but contribute actively to team success.
- Scheduling Experience: Prior work managing or scheduling technician routes is considered a bonus.
Education:
- Secondary school diploma (preferred)
Experience:
- Sales or Customer Service: 2 years (required)
- Mechanical or Service Coordination: 1 year (preferred)
- Scheduling or Office Administration: 1 year (preferred)
