We are hiring for a part-time LEAD position. Please read requirements carefully.
Commercial Cleaning Part-Time : LEAD (15-20 hours per week)
Our team lead will be confident in detailed and time management cleaning. You will work closely with the owners of Bluebird Cleaning to establish expectations and work flow. Candidate will be comfortable working nights as well as weekends.
This position has the potential to become full time, with the right candidate overseeing and managing other contractors and helping owners check and maintain cleaning expectations for our clients.
Our commercial client work operates between the hours of 10pm-7am. Shift hours are between 4/5 hours.
Candidate will be comfortable working solo for these after initial training and have access to a car.
Candidate must have a valid drivers license and vehicle.
Candidates must have weekday and weekend availability. This could turn into full-time work for the right candidate.
Responsibilities: Each location has a different checklist which you will be trained on.
Perform general cleaning duties to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the facility.
For example: Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
Dust and wipe down surfaces
Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
Clean and sanitise restrooms
Restock supplies as needed
Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor
The candidate would have to be able to clock in with our app at the required time in the evening/morning. This can be discussed during your interview
Qualifications:
Previous experience in commercial cleaning.
Candidates with references will be strongly considered.
As a team lead you will have the ability to work independently and efficiently.
Strong attention to detail
Good communication skills and a working phone that they can be reached at while they're working
Ability to follow instructions and work well with your business owners.
Must have a car and valid drivers license*
Must be able to present a recent criminal record check to work independently (the last 6 months)
