The Normaway Inn is hiring a Chef to oversee breakfast and dinner service in our 55-seat country gourmet/casual dining room. Located just off the Cabot Trail, the inn has been operating since 1928 and includes 29 guest rooms on 500 acres with a backdrop of the Cape Breton Highlands.
The position involves managing daily kitchen operations, preparing high-quality meals, and working in a well-designed kitchen with an attached bakery. Culinary training is preferred.
