Greendell Tiny Tots Nursery School is searching for an experienced Child Care Assistant to join our team for an inclusion support position in the Nursery School program.
The work schedule is Monday to Thursday from 8:45am -3:15pm- total of 24 hours per week. There are no classes on Fridays. This term position runs from September 8th 2026 until May 27th, 2027.
Our program is closed during Spring break and Winter break. This position may have the possibility of renewal for the 2027-2028 program year.
The successful candidate will have experience working with pre-school aged children in a licensed childcare facility. They will have a strong understanding of the benefits of child-led curriculum, and must be enthusiastic about taking our learning outdoors in all weather, year round. It is essential the candidate have positive behavior management skills, strong verbal communication skills, patience, flexibility, and be able to work as a team player.
Preference will be given to those individuals who have past experience as an inclusion support staff for preschoolers in a Nursery School or licensed childcare facility.

Work hours support part-time students, parents with school agers and people who want to work less than 8 hours a day. QUALIFICATIONS:
Resume with cover letter
Current First Aid and CPR. (or willing to obtain immediately)
New (within 3 months) Criminal Record Check (or willing to obtain immediately)
New (within 3 months) Child Abuse Record Check (or willing to obtain immediately)
CCA Classification with a 40 hour course in Child Care
Minimum 1 year experience working in a licensed childcare facility
Priority given to staff who have worked in a Nursery School and/or have previous experience as an Inclusion Support Staff.
