Change Management Consultant
Location: Canada (Remote)
Preference: Toronto or Montreal candidates
Contract Duration: August 2026 - December 2027

Background
A senior change management leader with deep expertise in Microsoft 365 Copilot, AI, and digital transformation, capable of influencing executives, driving enterprise-wide adoption, and leading complex change initiatives in large organizations. Bilingual capabilities (English/French) are highly valued, particularly for candidates based in the Toronto or Montreal markets.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- 15+ years of consulting experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM).
- Prosci Certification required.
- Extensive experience leading enterprise adoption initiatives for:
- Microsoft 365 Copilot
- AI solutions
- Agentic AI
- Proven executive presence with C-suite and senior business stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success leading large-scale transformation programs.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent customer engagements.
- Advanced user and champion of Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI agents.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, and change leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Organizational Change Management consulting engagements.
- Develop and execute:
- Change management strategies
- Adoption and enablement plans
- Communications strategies
- Stakeholder engagement plans
- Readiness and training programs
- Drive adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot, AI, Agentic AI, and Microsoft cloud solutions.
- Facilitate executive briefings, leadership workshops, and customer engagements.
- Lead delivery teams across multiple client programs.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive sponsors and program leaders.
- Define, track, and report on adoption metrics, business outcomes, and value realization.
- Manage competing priorities across multiple customer engagements simultaneously.
