We’re growing in the Greater Victoria area and are looking for a hands-on Crew Leader who’s ready to step into a true leadership role—someone who can take ownership of projects, lead a crew from the front, and deliver high-quality results from start to finish.

What You’ll Be Doing
This is not just a working role—you are responsible for the success of your projects:
- Lead, manage, and motivate a crew on-site
- Take full ownership of job sites—quality, timelines, and execution
- Plan and execute projects including patios, decks, fences, pavers, and retaining walls
- Oversee irrigation systems, garden installs, and site preparation
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to spec
- Train and develop crew members, by working alongside the team
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a safe, organized job site
- Communicate clearly with management and provide regular progress updates
- Problem-solve in real time and make decisions to keep projects moving
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience in landscape construction
- Proven ability to lead and manage a crew
- Confidence in reading plans and making on-site decisions
- Solid understanding of tools, materials, and construction methods
- Highly organized, reliable, and accountable
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
- Physically capable of handling demanding outdoor work
- Valid BC driver’s license and reliable transportation
Bonus: Irrigation experience is a strong asset.

Physical Requirements
- Frequent lifting (up to 60 lbs), bending, kneeling, and moving throughout the day
- Comfortable operating hand tools, power tools, and small equipment and excavators
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- WorkSafeBC-approved PPE required (steel-toe boots, gloves, safety glasses)

Pay: $38.00-$45.00 per hour
