Shift:

Afternoon Shift, Monday to Thursday – 2:15 pm to 12:45 am.

Competitive wages. (plus $1.00 for afternoon shift)
Skills and Qualifications:

Experience working in a manufacturing organization.

Experience working with manufacturing tools & equipment.
-
Check production documents for details and instructions.
-
Clean and inspect windows per SOPs.
-
Touch up small defects.
-
Send larger defects to painting for rework.
-
Apply correct labels to the correct position on all windows/doors per SOPs.
-
Load windows into appropriate crate or rack.
-
Secure window/door into/onto crate or rack.
-
Record all loaded items onto load list.
-
Wrap racks and crates as required per SOPs.
-
Label racks and crates appropriately.
-
Other duties as directed by management.

Must have reliable transportation, as transit service is not available to the Gloucester Estates area.

Safety footwear is required.
- Annual company-paid safety footwear after 3 months —all other tools and training provided.

About the job:
Based in our factory in Gloucester Estates, Langley, the Packaging (PM SHIFT) is responsible for manufacturing Cascadia’s award-winning windows and doors. Experience in window production or other manufacturing is required, but our onboarding and training program can bring interested applicants up to speed quickly.
