About the Role
We're hiring a experienced Equipment Operator /Landscape Technician . You will operate various pieces of heavy and light equipment while performing the role of a Landscape Technician. In winter, you'll transition into snow and ice operations (plowing, with a skid and or truck), sanding/salting, inspections, shoveling and documentation).
What You'll Do (Construction Season)
- Safely operate company equipment , including a skid steer and excavator
- Install pavers, fencing wood and chain link, pools above and below ground
- Grade ground according to specs, for both soft and hardscape projects
- Work as a effective team member
What You'll Do (Winter Season)
- Operate plow truck/loader , excavator, snow blowers, use a shovel, sanding/salting as assigned
- Perform routine site inspections, document hazards/conditions, and confirm service completion
- Complete snow and ice logs and weekly site maintenance reports with photos (per company standard)
- Support the team with fueling, storm prep, readiness checks, and emergency call-outs
Requirements
- Valid Class G minimum, prefer a A Restricted or AZ license
- Clean driver's abstract
- Ability to lift 50 to 75 lbs and work outdoors in all conditions
- Strong organization, reliability, and communication
- Available for early mornings, occasional extended days, and winter storm call-outs
Assets (Nice to Have)
- Landscape construction or general construction experience
- Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting
- Skid steer/mini-ex experience
- Snow and ice operations experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.50-$29.00 per hour
