Join Our Team at La Casa Mansion – Cleaning & Event Setup Crew
We’re looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join our team at La Casa Mansion (La Casa Lakeside Resort, near Kelowna).
Positions Available:
- Cleaning staff (guest turnovers, linens, detailing)
- Event setup crew
Cleaners: What You’ll Be Doing:
- Full turnovers after guest departures
- Stripping and remaking beds to a high standard
- Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, and all common areas
- Restocking and organizing supplies
- Ensuring the property is spotless, staged, and guest-ready
This Role Requires:
- Strong attention to detail - everything must be done properly
- Pride in clean, organized spaces (not just “good enough”)
- Ability to work independently and stay on-task, completing jobs in a timely manner
- Reliability and consistency — timelines matter between bookings
- Physical ability for lifting, laundry, and being on your feet
Details:
- Part-time / seasonal
- Flexible schedule, including weekends
- Located at La Casa Lakeside Resort (Fintry area)
- Transportation required
Event Set-Up Crew: What You’ll Be Doing:
- Setting up tables, chairs, linens, and place settings for weddings
- Arranging décor (ceremony arch, candles, florals, backdrops etc. as needed)
- Preparing ceremony and reception spaces (indoor & outdoor)
- Ensuring everything is aligned, clean, and visually polished
- Assisting with event resets and post-event takedown
This Role Requires:
- Strong attention to detail — presentation matters
- Ability to follow setup plans and execute them properly
- Pride in making spaces look beautiful and professional
- Physical ability to lift and move tables/chairs
- Working efficiently under time deadlines
- A team-first attitude and good communication
- A pick-up truck or large vehicle for transporting equipment onsite as needed

- Hours vary based on event schedule
- Located at La Casa Lakeside Resort (Fintry area)
- Transportation required / Pick-up truck or similar required for onsite transport of equipment
