Fully Bilingual Administrative Coordinator

As the organization continues to grow, it is seeking a highly organized and motivated Administrative Coordinator to play a key role in supporting daily operations and ensuring an outstanding client experience.
The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Administrative Coordinator will serve as an integral member of the team, providing administrative support, coordinating client transactions, and helping ensure the smooth execution of day-to-day business activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate, complete, and compliant lease and sales agreements
- Maintain client files and ensure all required follow-ups are completed in a timely manner
- Coordinate vehicle deliveries and ensure all related documentation is properly completed
- Process vehicle registration and insurance documentation through the SAAQclic platform
- Communicate professionally with clients, suppliers, and business partners
- Welcome visitors and manage front-desk activities
- Respond to inquiries and direct calls appropriately
- Provide administrative support to the General Manager
- Assist with special projects and operational initiatives as required
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an administrative, office support, or executive support role
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and general business software applications
- Fully bilingual in English and French, both written and spoken
- Excellent organizational, numerical, and data-processing skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Valid driver's license
Education and Preferred Qualifications
- College diploma in Administration, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience using the SAAQclic platform is considered a strong asset
