The Role:
We need a tech-savvy Office Administrator who knows the construction industry inside out. You'll handle safety compliance, project paperwork, contracts, and general office duties—all while keeping cool under pressure.
What You'll Do:
- COR Audits – Prepare and organize all documentation for internal and external COR audits; maintain our safety management system.
- Demolition & Abatement Paperwork – Process permits, asbestos reports, WorkSafeBC inspections, and municipal submissions.
- Contracts – Help prepare, track, and manage contracts and subcontractor agreements.
- Project Support – Assist project managers with scheduling, document control, and client/subcontractor communication.
- General Office – Day-to-day administrative tasks.
What You Need:
- 3–5 years of admin experience in construction, excavation, or demolition.
- Hands-on experience with COR audits.
- Familiarity with demolition/abatement documentation and regulations.
- Strong skills in Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- Excellent organization, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
