Position Overview
Laurent Miquel Winery seeks a dynamic, passionate, and results-driven Brand Ambassador to represent and grow the winery’s presence across North America.
The position will focus 80% on the Canadian market and 20% on U.S. market support, with an emphasis on strengthening relationships with our existing agent network, developing sales opportunities, and elevating the Laurent Miquel brand image among trade professionals, media, and consumers.

Key Responsibilities
1. Market Development & Sales Support
- Partner with the Canadian agent to develop and execute sales strategies aligned with winery objectives.
- Identify growth opportunities and new distribution channels in both on- and off-trade segments.
- Support the U.S. market by coordinating with existing importers and distributors.
- Develop and oversee SKU strategy, ensuring the right product mix for each market.
- Maintain a calendar of in market visit in support of the existing sales team.
- support management with market information and trends in order to integrate into relevant business strategies and plans
2. Budget Management
- Collaborate with the winery and local agents to establish annual sales and marketing budgets.
- Monitor spending, evaluate ROI, and ensure adherence to agreed financial plans.
3. Brand Building & Communication
- Act as the face of Laurent Miquel in North America, building strong relationships with:
- Sommeliers, buyers, and trade partners.
- Wine media, influencers, and key opinion leaders.
- Develop and implement a communication plan to enhance visibility of Laurent Miquel wines across Canada and the U.S.
- Coordinate tastings, winemaker dinners, and brand events to strengthen brand recognition and engagement.
4. Travel & Representation
- Conduct frequent visits to key provinces in Canada (with focus on Quebec, Ontario, and Western provinces) as well as existing US markets.
- Represent the winery at trade fairs, portfolio tastings, and industry events in Canada, the USA & France
- Occasionally host visiting winemakers and VIP guests.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in wine sales, brand management, or ambassador roles.
- Strong understanding of the Canadian and U.S. wine markets.
- Established relationships with trade professionals and media are a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (English and French required).
- Passion for wine, travel, and storytelling.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across markets.
- Valid passport and driver’s license.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $90,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
