We are seeking a skilled R&I Technician (Remove & Install) Auto Bodyman to join our automotive service team. This role involves the removal and installation of vehicle parts, ensuring precise and efficient repairs. Duties
- Remove and install vehicle body parts, panels, and components with accuracy and care
- Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to perform repairs and replacements
- Assist with automotive repair tasks requiring mechanical expertise
- Conduct inspections to ensure proper fitment and alignment of parts
- Handle heavy lifting safely while moving or installing vehicle components
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
- Follow manufacturer specifications and safety protocols during all repair procedures
Qualifications
- Dealership experience or automotive repair background preferred
- Mechanical knowledge with understanding of vehicle systems and repair techniques
- Proficiency in using hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, and pry bars
- Experience with power tools used in automotive bodywork and repairs
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely (up to 50 pounds or more)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Prior mechanic experience is advantageous but not mandatory
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety standards
Pay: $30.00-$50.00 per hour
