Genius Camp is currently hiring STEM (Robotics, Coding) instructors. Genius Camp is a collective endeavor of experienced engineers with the vision to bring a wholesome and holistic educational experience for kids and teenagers across the country.
At Genius Camp, we engage children in real-life tasks and encourage them to put theory into practice in a fun way, using Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM).
We are looking for a candidate with experience in various programming languages, such as Scratch and Python. It is a requirement to have familiarity with one or both of the following.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Location: in-person 306 Lawrence Ave E
Education Curriculum: SK-GR1
Time: Monday and/or Wednesday and/or Thursday and/or Friday ONLY 3:30-4:30pm (1 hour) every week

QUALIFICATIONS
- A Bachelor’s degree (or working towards) in education (preferably engineering or any STEM discipline)
- Minimum one year of experience with coding, robotics or related fields
- Passionate about STEM topics and Robotics
- Reliable and interactive
- Prior Programming Experience
- Prior robotics teaching experience is a great asset
- Comfortable managing groups of up to 10 students
- Comfortable communicating with parents as and when required
- Training will be provided
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00-$50.00 per hour
